    KENT Wildlife Trust is set to be gazumped over plans to turn part of a controversial farm in Shoreham into a nature reserve as the council sells it at a bargain price.Sevenoaks District Council is expected to approve plans to sell the lion's share of Timberden Farm to an individual with a "comprehensive portfolio of residential, commercial and agricultural property", for £825,000.But the council had marketed the three lots for almost £1.4 million just last year before...

    I understand that there has been a delay and the land has not yet been sold. What a pity that KWT's bid was not successful. Does anyone have any news on this?
