    POPULAR village shop Rafferty's threw open its doors on Saturday following an intensive two-week refit by new director Sam Banks.Former MP Michael Fallon cut the ribbon and ushered the 50-strong crowd of spectators into the newly refitted shop located on the High Street, Eynsford. Sam Banks, 49, of Fawkham Road, Farningham, has become the new director of Rafferty's, which opened in 2010 following the closure of Unwins.
