In conversation: Menopause and mental health

    2 September 2022 /

Hormonal changes experienced during perimenopause and after menopause affect every aspect of our being; we may experience physical and emotional symptoms, changes in cognitive function, and more. It’s no surprise that something that affects our thoughts, feelings and behaviours can lead to feelings of anxiety, low mood or changes to our emotional wellbeing.

On World Menopause Day on Tuesday 18 October join Ceri Hodgkiss, Training Manager at West Kent Mind in conversation with Jeanette Forder of Phoenix Wellness & Life Coaching, and Daisy Tappenden of Tap Into Your Health nutritional therapy at the Finance Hub in Tunbridge Wells.

The session runs from 12noon – 2pm and a light lunch with be provided. A discussion between our panel members will be followed by your opportunity to ask the panel any questions you may have.

Click here for full details and to book online.

Spaces are limited, book soon to avoid disappointment!

This special event is kindly hosted by The Finance Hub.
