    Calling All Event Professionals, PA's, Marketing, Human Resources & Sales Staff, Administrators, those tasked with organising company events and those wishing to add Events Management to their portfolio.

    There is a constant pressure for event professionals to invent fresh and creative events, whilst executing them in the most efficient way possible. Many event professionals work alone or in a small team and do not get the chance to exchange ideas with other industry professions. To stop ourselves becoming stale even the best of us need inspiration. Our one-day interactive workshop is designed to achieve this and ensure your events look professional and effortless on the day.

    Making a mistake at an event can be costly; there are no second chances. The real work is in the detail leading up to the event. The workshop will give you the tools to ensure you get it right first time, whilst appearing effortless to your guests.

    Workshop Inclusions

    By the end of the workshop you will:

    • Have an understanding of the Events Management Industry, why we hold events & the type of events you will have to manage
    • Have an overview of the skills and qualities required by an events professional
    • Be able to plan a successful event from start to finish including: preparing time lines, marketing and promoting your event, budgets and pricing, sourcing and assessing venues, negotiating with suppliers, securing sponsoring, health & safety and risk management, the environment, evaluating your event, plus heaps of other helpful hints and tips...
    • The workshop is full of examples, individual and group activities and discussions to enhance learning
