Witnesses needed to a road traffic collision in Kemsing

    Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision in which the driver and passenger received serious injuries.

    The incident involved a black Ariel Atom which was travelling south on Childsbridge Lane, Kemsing, Sevenoaks at about 3.20pm on Saturday, September 15.

    It is believed the car left the road and collided with a tree.

    Both the driver, a male in his 40's and the passenger, a male in his 20's were taken to hospital with serious injuries.

    Man dies a week after collision in Kemsing

    The passenger of a car involved in a road traffic collision in Childsbridge Lane, Kemsing, Sevenoaks, a week ago has died from his injuries.
    The man, who was in his 20s and from the Sevenoaks area area, died in hospital yesterday, Saturday 22 September 2012.
    Kent Police is appealing for witnesses to the collision, which happened at 3.20pm on Saturday 15 September 2012.

    Investigating officer PC Jamie Woodhams from the Kent Police Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said:

    The driver was a man in his 40s from the Sevenoaks area.
