Why weight to lose weight in Chiddingstone Causeway

    Residents from the Chiddingstone Causeway area who want improve their health by achieving a balanced, healthy diet combined with regular exercise can take advantage of a free programme that launches in the spring.
    The Why Weight Plan is a 12 week programme with a proven track record of helping people from across the District to lose weight.
    It will begin on 1 March 2011 at the Chiddingstone Causeway village hall running every Tuesday from 10am to 11.30am. The Council is now taking bookings for the programme, which is likely to be popular.
    Each Why Weight session offers advice on food and diet and practical solutions to losing weight finishing with an optional 30 minute motivational exercise class. Crucially it provides ongoing support and motivation by expert Why Weight dieticians throughout the programme.
