    We are all faced with situations that can cause feelings of stress and anxiety, and we all have different thresholds for how much stress we can cope with.

    Feeling stressed can be overwhelming and can impact on our everyday lives with very real physical and emotional effects. If prolonged, it can lead to mental health problems like anxiety and depression.

    The good news is there are things we can all do to better manage our stress. Join our Understanding Stress & Anxiety workshop to recognise and understand the symptoms, and learn tools and strategies to support yourself and others.
