    A burglar who was arrested by officers in the back garden of a home in Kent he had just targeted has been jailed for three years.Paul Mounger, 27, of Alamein Road in Swanscombe, burgled nine properties across North and West Kent between November last year and January before he was arrested in Greenhithe.Some of those homes he broke in to during Christmas.
