Solicitor (Property)

Working within our Legal team, this role is suitable for a practising solicitor with significant experience of providing a high-quality commercial property legal service.

A key element of this role is to provide advice to internal and external customers as well as undertaking legal research on complex matters. You’ll also be managing several property related client files, often with tight deadlines so you’ll need to have the ability to work under pressure.

Self-motivation and resourcefulness should come naturally to you in this role, and you’ll have extensive knowledge of building strong working relationships with people at all levels whilst maintaining a customer focused approach.

Please note that political awareness and a flexible approach is key in this role.

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office and home working.
