Sevenoaks Powerchair Football team need your help!

Hello all,

This is a request for support from your local powered wheelchair football team.

We are aiming to support one of our young and talented players, Kyle Alexander, to raise funds to purchase his very own football powerchair.

He was a major player in Sevenoaks’s promotion to the WFA Premiership division last season, the highest national division of powerchair football in England. He has developed so well that he was recently called into the England National Powerchair Squad, which is run by the FA. Sevenoaks have a player with the potential to be an England international for many years to come! At just 15 years old, this is an incredible achievement.

At the moment his current powerchair cannot keep up with its newer rivals. With the progression in equipment his playing chair is now outdated and we are trying to support him to purchase a new powerchair called a Strikeforce. Specifically built for powerchair football, the chair will not only help to improve his level of ability, but will help Sevenoaks as a team too.

The cost of the chair is approximately £7,000, but Kyle has already secured some funds, meaning he now only needs £2,300 to reach his goal.

Hi all,

**Update - Kyle has been selected to attend the next England Powerchair squad training camp in February. After the camp, the England staff will pick their squad of 8 to attend the World Cup in Florida. We have to ensure he has a new chair in time to attend the camp to give him the best possibility of representing England!!**
