  1. Help support our Private Sector Housing Team!

    Our Private Sector Housing team seeks to bring about improvements in the conditions and standards of management in the private sector.

    You’ll help us achieve this goal by providing administrative and technical support to the team as well as assisting with the administration and processing of grants. You will maintain all records and ensure that advice and information on our website is up to date.

    You’ll will work with the Private Sector Housing Officer with the production of CAD drawings and Schedule of Works, relating to adaptations, as well as attending site visits and joint inspections.

    If you have a background in administration you will know we have to work to deadlines, providing clear communication to customers, organisation, and accuracy is paramount to excellent customer services.

    This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
