More than £2,000 worth of takings, stock and equipment were stolen from the village shop in Ightham overnight.Ightham Village Stores was broken into and ransacked by burglars at around 4.30am this morning.They disabled the CCTV cameras and made off with more than £900 in takings, around £500 worth of cigarettes as well as the shop's computers.It follows a spate of similar burglaries in the district over the last couple of weeks, including the burglary of an empty safe from the...
