OTFORD Parish Council meet every month in the Memorial Hall and for those interested in all their activities there is a 10 minute public forum at the start of the meeting in which to have your say. This year ‘Zimbabwe: Rise, take your mat and walk’ is the subject. There will be refreshments afterwards and everyone is welcome. St Bart’s have a churchyard working party on Saturday March 7. They are very short of helpers so if you could go along for an hour or so it would make a difference. Take some useful tools and just join in the fun. They also have a soup lunch between 12.00 noon and 2pm in the Church Centre on Monday March 16. Suggested donation is £5 for home-made soup and bread and a light dessert.
