Much loved Caretakers, Rita and Jim Lepper Retire from Sevenoaks Community Centre (now that Jim has reached 80!) The Town Mayor, Councillors, colleagues (both past and present) and users of the Community Centre will gather on Friday 27th January 2012, 12 p.m. at the Community Centre to say farewell to Rita and Jim and wish them well in their retirement. Jim started working as Caretaker at the Sevenoaks Community Centre in March 1996. Rita joined Jim at a later date and together they make an invaluable team who will be greatly missed in retirement. Rita has known the Community Centre for many years helping to start a playgroup when the building opened over 25 years ago. Jim will celebrate his 80th birthday on 23rd January 2012.
