Part time accounts assistant/bookkeeper position has become available The Bill Skinner Studio Ltd. we are a very busy fashion retail/wholesale business based in Otford High Street near Sevenoaks in Kent You will have experience in the following: - Maintaining all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger - Bookkeeping on SAGE -Payroll on SAGE payroll. - Credit control duties as required - Accounts to trial balance - VAT returns - Month/Quarter end accounts -general understanding of banking/FX - In addition to the above you will have experience of using a computerised accounting database such as Sage and posses initiative when it comes to devising solutions to accounting problems as this role will cover all financial duties for the companytogether with monitoring of freight movements.
