  1. Human Resources, Staff Benefits & Talent Management Support Officer

    The Role

    To help us achieve our vision, we are changing our approach and looking at innovative ways to develop and enhance our ways of working. This has led to the creation of this exciting new opportunity within the HR team.

    Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring all key HR tasks are delivered in a fast-paced and challenging environment where you will need to manage multiple tasks concurrently. This is an administrator role for someone with a breadth of office experience but looking at getting into HR, where you will be involved in every aspect of HR, from recruitment and appraisals, to staff training, to staff benefits and engagement.

    You will be comfortable working in an environment with a variety of departments and key stakeholders, who will expect you to be decisive, creditable and have strong relationship building skills.

    We are looking for someone with the right approach, attitude and passion for the profession, with a strong team focused work ethic.

    Where: You will be based at our main offices at Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN131HG, a short ten minute walk from Sevenoaks train station, alternatively you could drive and park in our free staff car park.

    When: We’ll be holding interviews on Friday 14th August 2020.
