HR Compliance Advisor

  1. In our progressive and dynamic HR team, staff wellbeing is our key focus!

    We are looking for a proactive individual to provide advice and guidance on a variety of HR disciplines, ensuring that all new employment legislation is implemented effectively.

    You will work closely with managers across both our sites (Argyle Road & our Sundridge Depot) to ensure that all HR policies are accessible to all staff and you will proactively work to promote a positive culture within the Council.

    Working closely with HR Projects Manager, you will also assist with reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure that we provide an excellent service at all times.

    If you thrive in a team environment and if you have:

    • A strong focus on customer service & engagement
    • Experience of writing & presenting reports or guidelines on a wide range of HR topics
    • CIPD Level 3 (or above) or evidence of appropriate level of knowledge, skills & abilities.
