    KEMSING Parish Council is objecting "in the strongest possible terms" to a licence application by an Indian restaurant amid fears it may increase crime and disorder in the village.The authority has called on Sevenoaks District Council to refuse Tamarind Fine Indian Dining's request for 5pm to 11pm opening, but says it does not oppose the application in principle.In January the restaurant, which is set to open on the Parade, applied for a seven-day-a-week on-and-off licence.The...
