    Two men have been fined for fly-tipping children's toys, a trampoline and an old mattress, among other things, in west Kent.Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council – which estimated the cost of clearing up fly-tipping for 2015 to 2016 was £31,860 – was behind the successful prosecutions.Richard Mayhew, of Boxley, pleaded not guilty to the offence of fly-tipping at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court last Wednesday (April 12) but magistrates found him guilty of the charge.The court heard...
