    You will be answering telephone enquiries and questions on Council wide issues, using the latest IT systems.

    You will have a vision for excellence in customer care, be able to work as part of a team and have excellent communication skills (both oral and written). You will have a flexible approach to working, showing perseverance and self motivation and be prepared to work within a rota system.

    A positive and enthusiastic disposition is necessary as is the desire to handle & resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a constructive manner that ensures customer satisfaction.

    Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.
